Our feature this weekend is bourbon peach glazed Montana pork belly with spice grilled wild Mexican shrimp, sweet corn cake with local chives and pickled jalapeno peach salsa.  Mer Soleil reserve chardonnay is a beautiful pairing with aromas of peach, apple, and Meyer lemon.  Tropical flavors of pineapple and banana shine with vibrant acidity, warm butterscotch, and subtle coconut notes.
