Feast Weekend Special - Prosciutto Wrapped Opah With Pesto

Join us at Feast Bistro…..

Our entree feature this weekend is prosciutto wrapped Hawaiian Opah with local baby kale, Marcona almond, and pea pesto, honey whipped ricotta, and a slow roasted sweet pepper and confit local cherry tomato orzo, finished with a strawberry vinegar.  The reserve chardonnay from Mer Soleil in the Santa Lucia Highlands opens with a zesty lemon aroma and apricot, citrus, and melon flavors.  Balanced oak lends a roundness to the palate and rich, pure fruit.
