Our feature this weekend is a red wine and herb 16 oz Montana Wagyu beef ribeye with a local bacon, spinach, and potato gratin, grilled Chance Farms vegetables, and a red wine reduction.  Pure and energetic, the Produttori del Barbaresco shows aromas of violet, rose, crushed raspberries, and star anise.  Fine grained tannins and bright acidity with a persistent finish highlight the wine’s depth and complexity.
