Red Wine Salt Dusted Elk Chops - Chakana Malbec

Our feature this weekend is red wine salt dusted elk chops with a parmesan black pepper butter, smashed potatoes with local lemon thyme, garlic, and chive, crispy herb mushrooms, grilled broccolini, and smoked balsamic reduction.  Argentinian malbec is a perfect match for this dish and the Chakana Estate Selection with intense red fruit and velvety tannins complements the grilled elk chops beautifully.
