Our featured entree this weekend is scallops seared with rose and peppercorn over a creamy toasted couscous, charred rainbow carrots sprinkled with a pistachio crumble and a pomegranate drizzle.  Jasmine flower and orange blossom aromas open the Suzor Menefee chardonnay while grapefruit zest and lingering ginger notes keep the wine fresh and vibrant.
