Our entree feature this weekend is Sichuan braised rabbit with a Chinese hot mustard cream sauce, house made chili crisp, jasmine rice, and crispy sesame oyster mushrooms.  This will be paired with a Barbera striking for its clarity and elegance with mature cherry, raspberry, and sweet tobacco flavors.
