Our entree feature this weekend is a house smoked Montana pork chop with ancho chili sauce, charred corn and peach salsa, and a sweet potato polenta stuffed poblano topped with queso fresco. The Columbia Valley in Washington state produces stellar syrah and the Nine Hats is a wonderful example. Rich, dark fruits, roasted coffee, and a lively balance of bright acidity provides a wonderful texture and long-lasting finish.
