Soy braised MT Pork Ribs - Covila Reserva

Our feature this weekend is soy braised Montana pork ribs dusted with togarashi, fried sweet potatoes with eel sauce, local cucumber and cilantro salad with crispy shallots and roasted peanuts.  Fruity and elegant, the Reserva Tempranillo from Bodegas Covila also shows vanilla and chocolate notes from the extended oak barrel aging. The wines soft intensity is followed by a long, aromatic finish.
