Swordfish with Sorrel Chive Butter - Ojai Chardonnay

Our feature this weekend is marinated swordfish finished with a sorrel chive butter over tomato spiced white beans, herbed labneh, chili scallion oil, and crispy allium medley.  The Ojai Vineyard blend of chardonnay and viognier is deliciously dynamic, packed with crisp pear and citrus, airy minerality, and richness from aging on the lees.
