Tamarind Glazed Hapu Seabass

Our entree feature this weekend is a spice rubbed Hapu seabass in a pomegranate and tamarind sauce, with a quinoa and local lentil stir fry,  fresh herbs, and a toasted coconut, pine nut, and crispy shallot crumble.  We are pairing a floral sauvignon blanc, L’Arpent des Vaudons by Jean Francois Merieau, with stone fruit flavors and a crisp, mineral backbone.
