Our feature this weekend is an heirloom tomato and prosecco poached Alaskan halibut with saffron butter couscous, mint chermoula, local charred garlic scapes and asparagus with fried basil. We are proud to feature a very small production wine, Ernest Vineyards Chardonnay from Sonoma County. Beginning with a burst of bright acidity and refreshing fruitiness the underlying minerality and well integrated oak creates a very round flavor profile.
