Our feature this weekend is a turmeric and spice roasted whole Tai snapper with pickled chilies, sweet coconut rice, jicama, mango, and cucumber slaw with fresh herbs and citrus.  Zesty lemon and apple blossom aromas highlight the Lava Cap chardonnay made with mountain fruit from the Sierra Nevada foothills in Northern California.  Flavors of apple, pear, and subtle vanilla are a fun pairing with this light, summery dish.
