Our feature this weekend is Montana Wagyu beef braised osso bucco ragu with sauteed wild golden chanterelles, over a local parsnip and celeriac puree, green olive and lacinato kale gremolata with crispy kale. The Chakana Estate malbec shows plum, brambly berries, spices, and a violet note on the nose with intense, fruity flavors and velvety tannins.
