Harissa And Grapefruit Wild Mexican Shrimp

Our featured entree this weekend is harissa and grapefruit spiced wild Mexican shrimp, caramelized fennel farro with crispy pancetta, local kale, and Amaltheia feta, over a local oregano and white bean puree.  We are pairing the Edelzwicker Riesling from Albert Boxler; a floral, luscious masterpiece with notes of orchard fruit and tangerine.
