Citrus Prosecco Glazed Mahi

Our entree feature this weekend is a spice rubbed mahi mahi with a citrus prosecco glaze encrusted with toasted sesame pecan, fried sweet potatoes with a sherry gastrique, grilled broccolini, crispy fried local kale and a serrano apple salsa.  We are pairing the Green Eyes gruner veltliner from Austria for its bright acidity, aromas of meyer lemon, and flavors of lemongrass and key lime with a clean minerality.
