Feast Weekend Special – Quail and Mulled Wine

Our feature this weekend is roasted whole quail with sourdough, pecan, golden raisin, and sausage stuffing over caramelized shallot and parsnip puree with roasted grapes, grilled broccolini and rosemary-mulled wine jus.  We have paired a classic wine from the Cote de Beaune  in Burgundy, France.  Domaine Drouhin produces simple yet elegant Pinot Noir with delicate red fruit aromas, a round, generous palate and black fruit flavors displaying violets and warm spices.
