Our feature this weekend is roasted whole quail with sourdough, pecan, golden raisin, and sausage stuffing over caramelized shallot and parsnip puree with roasted grapes, grilled broccolini and rosemary-mulled wine jus. We have paired a classic wine from the Cote de Beaune in Burgundy, France.
