Our weekend feature is fennel dusted, grilled bison tenderloin with seared diver scallops, chanterelles, sweet peas and herb-mustard spaetzle in a champagne cream sauce. Winderlea Vineyards’ Willamette Valley pinot noir is an elegant pairing with earth, spice and ripe fruit melding into a pure expression of terroir from one of our favorite wine regions in the world!
