Our feature this weekend is blackened diver scallops with grilled broccolini, jalapeno cheese grits, corn and edamame salsa, crispy pancetta and red chili brown butter.  We are pairing the Damilano Langhe Nebbiolo for its rich plum and cedar aromas followed by fresh red raspberry, juicy cranberry and herbaceous sage and rosemary notes.  Medium bodied with firm tannins and a bright finish this wine is easy to love.
