Grilled Shrimp - Ken Wright Chardonnay

Our feature this weekend is grilled Mexican shrimp with basil crab butter, saffron and lobster broth orzo, slow roasted sweet peppers, and parmesan fried Gallatin Valley Botanical spinach.  The Savoya Vineyard chardonnay from Ken Wright Cellars shows balance and delicate acid.  Flavors of honey, green pear, and vanilla with a slight toastiness show the beauty of this Willamette Valley gem.
