Our feature this weekend is a North African Suya spiced Montana beef short rib cooked sous vide with a bulgur-andouille pilaf, plantain and sweet potato croquettes, African pepper compote and local summer salsa.  We are pairing the A Lisa malbec, a fresh and energetic wine from one of the most southern wineries in the world.  This Patagonian blend of malbec, merlot, and petit verdot has an excellent structure with notes of cherry and cassis and balanced, persistent tannins.
