Our feature this weekend is a bluenose Snapper in a Brazilian coconut sauce with roasted sweet peppers, haricot vert, and zucchini over a ginger lemon rice with spicy peanuts and cashews, fried plantains, crispy coconut flakes and garlic. Domaine Weinbach produces an elegant pinot blanc, fresh and supple with delicate orchard fruit and white blossom aromas that subtly enhance the bright flavors of the dish.
