Our feature this weekend is Persian rose and saffron braised wild boar shank over a cinnamon scented jasmine rice with local slow roasted cherry tomatoes, lemon yogurt, charred local cauliflower tossed with olives, capers, pistachio and fresh herbs. The Andre Dupuis pinot noir has depth to match the rich flavors of this dish and a fresh fruit character that is a joy to drink.
