Our entree feature this weekend is citrus salt seared Hapuka sea bass, over a caramelized oyster mushroom, kimchi, and local kale wild rice, pumpkin mole, and a scallion-ginger salad with pepita and sage furikake. The ripe tree fruit aromas of the Desconcierto Albarino from Rias Baixas bring a freshness to this full and creamy wine with vanilla and citrus flavors and well integrated acidity.
