Our entree feature this weekend is a local Montana wagyu 16oz new york strip with a rosemary, orange, and peppercorn crust finished with black garlic butter, crispy fried potato croquettes, local rainbow swiss chard gratin with gruyere, crispy garlic, and fried pancetta. This rich dish is matched by the elegant and expressive wines of Miner Family Winery. Emily’s Cuvee, a blend of cabernet sauvignon, merlot, and cabernet franc is layered with aromas of black fruit, and hints of mocha, espresso, and toasted oak.
