Happy Mother’s Day!

     On Sunday May 14th, we will be featuring a wine paired menu to celebrate all of the moms!

Course One

Shrimp and lobster ceviche with avocado, basil, serrano, and coconut milk with crispy plantain chips
Pearls of Simplicity sake

Course Two

Cucumber salad with spring peas, shaved zucchini, Amaltheia Dairy feta, champagne vinaigrette, and popped quinoa
Daou Sauvignon Blanc

Course Three

Alaskan halibut with pistachio brown butter, a salad of arugula, apple, and fresh herbs with a meyer lemon gastrique, and candied golden beets
Ramey Chardonnay

Course Four

Guava pound cake with caramelized white peach cloud cream
Michele Chiarlo Nivole

The menu with wine pairings will be offered for $120 and the halibut will also be available a la carte.
