NYE Wine Paired Menu

  We are excited to share a delightful wine paired menu with you this New Years’ Eve.

We will be serving slight variations of this menu tonight and Saturday night as well.  Join us and celebrate the last nights of 2023!
Course One – Two Island Creek oysters with blood orange granita, champagne vinegar foam, and California Sterling White Sturgeon caviar

Domaine de la Petite Roche Saumur 
Course Two – Fried chicken, Tabasco Kewpie, hot honey, chives, Adamas Siberian Caviar and trout roe with fresh cucumber kimchi

Brooks Sparkling Riesling 
Course 3 – Creme fraiche sorbet

 

Course 4 – Seared scallop with a creamy vermouth and cauliflower puree, carrot coulis, smoked hazelnuts and Ikura salmon roe

Suzor Menefee Chardonnay

 

Course 5 – Peppercorn seared MT ribeye finished with truffled butter, parmesan tuile, smashed potatoes, asparagus, lemon creme fraiche and Polanco Osetra caviar

Coquerel Terroir Cabernet Sauvignon
Course 6 – Vanilla panna cotta, sparkling rose gelee, raspberry sauce, lemon sugar cookie

Chateau Roumieu Lacoste Sauternes 

Menu is available for $175 per guest exclusive of gratuity.
Wine pairing is an additional $42.
Each course will be available a la carte.
