We are pairing this delicious dish with one of the most recognized red blends in the Napa Valley; the Prisoner shows aromas of Bing cherry, dark chocolate, clove and roasted fig. The mix of zinfandel, cabernet sauvignon, petit sirah, syrah and charbono deliver persistant ripe raspberry, boysenberry, pomegranate and vanilla flavors for a smooth and luscious finish.
