Our featured entree this weekend is seared blue snapper with a citrus carrot glaze, toasted macadamia and coconut crust, serrano apricot salsa, sweet chili glazed snap peas, and jasmine rice.  A fresh and crisp sauvignon blanc from Jean Francois Merieau pairs beautifully with slightly bitter grapefruit notes, white fruits, and a round, complex finish.
