Enjoy our feature this weekend of grilled Cajun shrimp and Montana andouille sausage etouffee with smoked pork dirty rice, roasted garlic remoulade, and pickled okra.  We are pairing a Tuscan blend of Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah; the Ciacci Piccolomini d’Aragona.  With flavors of sweet cherry, red plum, flowers, leather, and dusty earth the French varietals add a plush texture to the palate.
