Our featured entree this weekend is a citrus salt and miso glazed Ora King salmon with a fresh summer slaw, crispy scallion rice cakes, black garlic & tamari vinegar, and a honey lime crumble. The James Rahn riesling from Willamette Valley, Oregon pairs beautifully. With bright acid and a touch of sweetness the aromas of Meyer lemon and chamomile are followed by gorgeous peach, pineapple, and pie crust flavors.
