Our entree feature this weekend is a cornmeal dusted and fried softshell crab with a pickled jalapeno, tarragon, and local arugula salad, smashed red potatoes with a cilantro lime yogurt sauce and smoked paprika. The Edelzwicker “Reserve” is a showcase for what Alsatian white wines can be when blended with precision. This cepage of gewurtztraminer, riesling, and pinot blanc is a floral, luscious, and medium bodied masterpiece with notes of orchard fruit and tangerine.
