Cornmeal Soft Shell Crab

Our entree feature this weekend is cornmeal dusted and fried soft shell crabs with an andouille and corn maque choux, crispy local greens, pickled okra relish, and a sun dried tomato aioli.  We are pairing a soft and juicy Barbera d’Asti with notes of cassis, eucalyptus, and stone.
