Our entree feature this weekend is crab encrusted elk chops with gruyere and truffle stuffed baby yukon potatoes, grilled vegetables, tarragon honey crumble, and roasted garlic aioli.  With blueberry, black cherry, and vanilla aromas the Chateau Haut Segottes is a fantastic pairing and the rich tobacco and leather flavors carry this wine through a long, silky finish.
