Our feature this weekend is two crab stuffed peppercorn crusted elk chops with creamy brie, chive, and truffle baby potatoes, grilled vegetables, a honey, tarragon, and dill crumble, and a smoked tomato and roasted red pepper coulis. We are excited to pair the dynamic mourvedre from Dirty and Rowdy’s Evangelho Vineyard. 130 year old vines create depth and concentration while the deft touch of the winemaker allows the wine to float above the palate creating an extremely pleasing experience.
