Our entree feature this weekend is peppercorn crusted elk tenderloin with lemon grilled shrimp, mushroom and pinot noir bordelaise, truffle stuffed potatoes with honey and gruyere, and grilled broccolini. A medley of graphite, spice, and crushed red strawberries greets your nose from the Archery Summit pinot noir and on the palate classic Dundee Hills spices like allspice, cardamom, and sandalwood mingle with fresh strawberry jam and an underlying earthiness which carries through the long and balanced finish.
