Our entree feature this weekend is grilled elk tenderloin with a blueberry-port bordelaise, lemon grilled shrimp, yukon gold potatoes stuffed with creme fraiche, chives, and triple cream cheese, and grilled local vegetables.  The elegant Resonance pinot noir from Yamhill-Carlton in the Willamette Valley of Oregon shows cherry and currant with a touch of spice for a delicious pairing.
