Grilled Shrimp with Sunflower Romesco

Our featured entree this weekend is grilled wild Mexican shrimp with a floral herb butter, sunflower romesco with roasted local sweet peppers, crispy grits with local carrot and mascarpone, and fried scallion.  With fresh apple, honey melon, and a hint of wild herbs the Kracher pinot gris from Austria is a delightful pairing with an elegant texture and a pleasant mineral finish.
