Our featured entree this weekend is grouper en papilotte with local cherry tomato and baby fennel finished with a basil crab butter, fresh herb salad, jasmine rice, and crispy garlic chili crunch.  We are pairing the Withers “Charles Vineyard” sauvignon blanc with green apple, chamomile, and bright lemon and lime flavors.  A slight effervescence, along with lively acidity, adds textural intrigue and a refreshing quality.
