Our feature this weekend is grouper seared and served with a crab and pink peppercorn white wine sauce.  Citrus butter roasted rainbow fingerling potatoes, haricot vert, fennel, and local radish with a fresh pea, cucumber, and pickled shallot salsa finish this light and flavorful dish.  Green Eyes gruner veltliner from Austria supplies crisp acidity with aromas of pear-lemonade, dried dill and sun plumped apricots.
