Our feature this weekend is miso honey glazed Hapuka sea bass with a cucumber, serrano, and edamame salsa, sesame and cashew charred snap peas, crispy fried cabbage fritter with a tahini drizzle and honey cashew crumble.  A delightful wine pairing for this fusion of flavors is the Alsatian pinot blanc from Domaine Weinbach.  Fresh and supple with delicate orchard fruit and white flower aromas this structured wine balances crisp acidity with ripe fruit and a persistent finish.
