Castro Ventosa has produced a delicious Mencia from the Bierzo in northeastern Spain that presents strawberry, red cherry, white pepper, and violet with a juicy concentration, fine grained tannins, and an elegant and persistent finish. A fantastic complement for this flavorful dish.
