Our featured entree this weekend is Cordova Farms lamb shawarma with a cucumber and Calabrian chili salsa, herbed labneh, house made garlic naan and roasted local delicata squash with fresh pomegranate and nigella.  With silky tannins and a smoky, peppery bite the bright red fruit flavors of the Domaine Mondange Spargolato from Corsica add a delicious element to the pairing.
