Feast Weekend Special - Mezcal Brined Pheasant, Tomatillo Salsa

Join us at Feast Bistro…..

Our entree feature this weekend is mezcal brined, bone in pheasant breast with jalapeño and local herb salad, tomatillo salsa, cilantro jasmine rice, avocado crema, and grilled zucchini and yellow squash.  The reserve chardonnay from Mer Soleil complements the flavors of this dish with lemon, honeydew and a trace of apricot.  The Santa Lucia Highlands where this wine is grown adds a lovely minerality and a judicious use of oak creates a rich mouthfeel.
