Our featured entree this weekend is grilled Montana Wagyu beef hanger steak with a Calabrian chili – sundried tomato jam, rosemary and tomato white bean ragu, caramelized sweet peppers, crispy kale, and herbed SporeAttic mushrooms.  We are pairing the Miner Family cabernet sauvignon which is bursting with black cherry, mocha, and espresso flavors with firm, yet lush tannins.
