Our featured entree this weekend is a pepita encrusted pink grouper with sesame, scallion, and cucumber salsa over a kimchi and local mushroom fried wild rice with crispy kale.  Railsback Freres’ Carignan is a juicy, easy drinking, light-bodied wine with strawberries, cranberries, and baking spices.  Herbaceous flavors of umami and sandalwood make this a unique pairing.
