Pork Belly and Shrimp - Yuho Sake

Our feature this weekend is crispy Montana braised pork belly and jumbo shrimp skewers, jasmine rice, roasted peanut and local kale salad with fresno chilies and crispy garlic, pickled local daikon, sesame chili oil, and eel sauce.  With notes of pickled mushroom and soy caramel the Yuho Rhythm of the Centuries sake is very unique.  Elegant with flavors of chamomile, bergamot and walnut this aged sake is a stellar pairing.
