Seared Ahi with ginger

Our featured entree this weekend is ginger, black pepper, and lime seared ahi tuna with Gallatin Valley Botanical baby carrot and sweet potato puree, Chance Farms jalapeno herb drizzle, marinated local cherry tomato and grilled zucchini.  We are pairing it with the James Rahn riesling from Anne Amie vineyard for its delicious stone fruit and key lime flavors, along with a silky rich texture.
