Our featured entree this weekend is sesame chia seared ahi tuna with black sesame udon noodles, pickled local vegetables, spinach, and roasted sweet peppers finished with an autumn inspired dukkah.  The Junmai Ginjo grade Dreamy Clouds sake is bright and lean with sweet rice flavors that are nutty, and slightly fruity making for a delicious pairing with the spices on the tuna.
