Our feature this weekend is Creole grilled shrimp over smoked pork and andouille dirty rice, with duck confit etoufee, spicy cajun mustard aioli, pickled local green garlic and fried spinach.  Paired with the fruit and floral tones of the Aerena cabernet sauvignon from Lake County, California the spicy richness of the etoufee is beautifully balanced against the supple tannins and underlying oak.
