Our entree feature this weekend is a house smoked Montana pork chop from Cordova Farms over a roasted corn and cotija grit cake with pineapple pico de gallo and roasted ancho chili sauce.  We are pairing the Nine Hats syrah from Columbia Valley, Washington.  An opulent, full bodied wine with notes of black raspberry, licorice, and sage this is a savory bottle with beautiful minerality and balance.
